Uncle Sam's Tax ("we", "us", "our") provides business filing and renewal services for Washington and Oregon businesses. We act as an authorized filing agent to submit renewal paperwork to the respective Secretary of State offices on behalf of our clients.

2. Service Agreement

By purchasing our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Pay all applicable service fees and state filing fees
• Authorize us to file documents on your behalf with the state
• Respond promptly to any requests for additional information

3. Fees and Payment

Our service fees are clearly displayed during checkout and include:

• Professional filing service fee
• State filing fees (passed through to the state)
• Processing and compliance verification

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. State filing fees are non-refundable once submitted to the state.

4. Multi-Year Service Plans

For clients who purchase 5-year service plans, we commit to filing your annual renewal with the state each year for the duration of the plan. State fees for each year must be paid separately when due. Our service fee covers the filing service for all years in the plan.

5. Service Timeline

We strive to process and submit all filings within 1-3 business days of receiving complete and accurate information. However, processing times by the state may vary and are outside our control.

6. Refund Policy

Service fee refunds may be available if:

• We have not yet submitted your filing to the state
• You request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
• We are unable to complete your filing due to our error

State filing fees are non-refundable once submitted. Processing fees may apply to refunds.

7. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring all information provided is accurate and current
• Notifying us of any changes to your business information
• Maintaining valid contact information for renewal reminders
• Reviewing confirmation documents for accuracy

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for our services. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by state processing, incorrect information provided by the client, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on this website are the property of Uncle Sam's Tax and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
